WeSetTrend WILL PROVIDE A REFUND IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
 
1) Product malfunction: Requires that the user report malfunction to WhatsApp while the service is still active, so that the malfunction can be verified.
 
2) Billing error: If we charged more than we promised while taking order. We will refund the extra amount without asking any question.
 
IF YOU CANCEL A PRODUCT
You can cancel a product or service by contacting us on WhatsApp. This must be done before the order started.

Can I get a refund , If I forget to cancel after my order started?
>Yes, in that case, we need to wait 3-4hrs after stopping the order to get the total update and then we can provide the remaining ordered amount.
